Effects:

Taking amphetamines has been linked to heart attacks and other medical problems. They can cause bad teeth as the drug takes calcium from the body and causes jaw clenching and teeth grinding. Crystal Meth can lead to intense paranoia and unpleasant comedowns from its effect.
